Yes. We offer a 7–10 year warranty on the furniture we manufacture, depending on the materials and specifications selected. Yes, you may supply your own fabric if you have something specific in mind. However, when client-supplied materials are used, we cannot provide a warranty on the fabric itself, including issues related to durability, wear, fading, or performance. Our warranty applies to our workmanship and structural components only.
For clients who prefer full coverage and guidance on long-term performance, we recommend selecting from materials we source and approve, as we can better stand behind their quality and suitability for your specific project.
Yes. If your furniture structure is solid but comfort has declined, upgrading the foam and cushions can significantly improve support and feel.
We focus on craftsmanship, structural integrity, and longevity. Our furniture is built or restored with care and attention to detail — not assembly-line production standards.
A high-quality sofa starts with a solid hardwood frame, proper joinery (not just staples), high-density foam, durable suspension systems, and professionally tailored upholstery. The foundation determines how long the piece will last and how it will feel years from now.
Kiln-dried hardwood frames are considered the industry standard for durability and stability. They resist warping, cracking, and structural failure over time.
High-density foam maintains its shape and support much longer, while low-density foam softens and sags more quickly. Density affects durability; firmness affects feel. The right balance depends on comfort preference and intended use.
Eight-way hand-tied springs and heavy-gauge sinuous springs are both reliable systems when installed correctly. The suspension system plays a major role in long-term comfort and structural integrity.
A properly built sofa with quality materials can last 15–25 years or more. Mass-produced furniture typically has a much shorter lifespan.
Performance fabrics, commercial-grade textiles, and certain treated leathers offer excellent durability, stain resistance, and longevity for high-traffic homes or businesses.
Leather offers durability, easy maintenance, and a timeless aesthetic. Fabric provides more color and texture options. The better choice depends on lifestyle, usage, and design preference.
Reupholstery makes sense when the frame is structurally sound and the original piece was well-built. It allows you to preserve quality craftsmanship while updating comfort and style.
Yes. Cushion density, seat depth, back height, and overall dimensions can all be tailored to your preference, whether you prefer firm support or a softer lounge feel.
Space measurements, intended use, household lifestyle, durability needs, and long-term comfort should all be considered. Custom furniture is about building something that fits your life — not just your room.

If the structure is sound, reupholstery can be a strategic investment. It allows businesses to refresh their space, maintain brand consistency, and extend the life of their seating at a lower cost than full replacement.
Yes. Our 7–10 year craftsmanship warranty applies to the structural components and workmanship of the furniture we manufacture. Warranty coverage depends on the materials selected and does not apply to natural wear, misuse, or client-supplied fabrics.
